UN envoy agreed with the Houthis and Saleh party on resuming the Yemeni peace talks‏

A source participant in the talks told" Sputnik" that the meeting of the UN envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed with the delegations of the General People's Congress and Houthi group led to hold the second round of consultations.

The meeting which was between the UN envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed and the delegations of the General People's Congress and Houthi group was ended and they agreed on holding the second round of consultations on schedule.

As the UN envoy to Yemen had previously announced that the next round of negotiations will be launched in Kuwait in July 15, explaining that the UN mission will be waiting for the return of the delegations and clear perceptions about the upcoming political phase.
