Al-Hudaydah .. An emergency meeting to confront Coronavirus‏

An emergency meeting held Monday in Al Khawkhah District in Al Hudaydah governorate, headed by the governor of the governorate, Dr. Al-Hassan Taher, discussed measures to confront the emerging corona virus in all the districts and liberated areas.

According to the official news agency,Saba, the meeting discussed the community awareness plan and the work of the health teams, and decided to submit it to the Ministry of Public Health and Population for approval.

During the meeting, the governor of Al Hudaydah stressed the importance of concerted efforts, raising the preparedness of epidemiological surveillance teams, forming task forces to raise awareness and education on the dangers of the Corona virus and its spreading phenomenon, and equipping the quarantine site that was identified in the health unit in the village of Al-Wahara, west of Al Khawkhah

He called on citizens to abide by all precautions to prevent the threat of the new Coronavirus, which includes preventing gatherings in public places and mosques
