Saudi Arabia has not hindered the entry of any aid to Aden or elsewhere in Yemen, a senior official stressed on Sunday, according to Kuwait News Agency.

Advisor at the Royal Court and General Supervisor of King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabiah said that the areas controlled by the Houthi militia are greatly affected by cholera epidemic as Houthis prevented the delivery of aid to these areas.

"It is well known that Saudi Arabia has been supporting all Yemeni people over two decades," he was quoted by Saudi Press Agency (SPA) as saying.
Since May 2015, the Kingdom has provided more than USD 8.5 billion to Yemenis, he said.

Regarding the spread of cholera, Al-Rabiah pointed out that the epidemic has been existing in Yemen for many years, as the country neither meets World Health Organization's (WHO) standards and nor pays attention to health infrastructure.

The cases diagnosed with cholera decreased over the last two weeks, thanks to big efforts by the concerned parties at the center, he made clear.
He called for getting information regarding this topic from Saudi official sources, World Health Organization and United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

He affirmed Saudi Arabia's keenness on providing all facilitations to deliver humanitarian aid to Yemen through safe sea and land crossings.
