Qatar involved in forming Daesh and killing 700 Libyan officers.( Details )
Egyptian parliamentarian Abdel Rahim Ali confirmed that Qatar formed Daesh to perform its dirty operations which Muslim Brotherhood and Abdul Hakim Belhadj couldn't do , noting that 700 Libyan officers were brutally massacred so the Libyan army uprise in February 2014 led by Marshal Khalifa Hfter.
Ali published a Telegraph report on how Qatar funds extremists with weapons, especially the "Fager of Libya" operation against the "Karama" operation carried out by the army led by Marshal Khalifa Hafter to protest the assassination of 700 military person .
"Libya had a group of terrorist militias belonging to the Brotherhood and Qatar, and was called the Libyan army, but Marshal Khalifa Hafter came and established a real Libyan army," he said
