The details of looting the Libyan Central Bank funds by Qatar after the overthrow of Gaddafi‏

Abdel Rahim Ali, a member of the Egyptian House of Representatives said that France , Qatar and other Libyan organizations draw an accurate and organized plan to overthrow Gaddafi , asserting that Qatar and Abdul Hakim Belhadj, the Emir of the Libyan Fighting Group looted the Central Bank funds, after the killing of Muammar Gaddafi, estimated at 160 billion dollars, and 400 billion dinars.


" Belhadj and members affiliated to the Qatari regime stormed the Central Bank and seized these funds, despite his release from prison in 2010 by a pardon from Gaddafi," Ali added .
