Experts reveal reasons for strained relations between Arab countries and Iran (report)‏

Throughout the ages, political and strategic relations between the Arab countries and Iran have not been as strong and cohesive as among the Arab countries themselves. This is what confirmed by the experts, pointing out that one of the main reasons for the strained relations is that Iran aims to finance terrorist groups to destabilize the region and sectarian conflicts.
 
The sectarian conflict

For his part, Dr. Medhat Hammad, professor of Iranian studies, said in a press statement, "The main reason for the tension relations between the Arab countries and Iran is the sectarian conflict between Sunni and Shiite.

Iranian-Saudi differences

He also stressed that the conflict between Saudi Arabia and Iran has existed since the successful establishment of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1979, and there have been hostilities between the two countries and between Sunni in Saudi Arabia and Shiites in Iran, stressing that the issue became more complicated after the Saudi Interior Ministry announced that the Kingdom carried out the death penalty on January 2,2016, on 47 "terrorists" have carried out actions aimed at the security of the country, including the Shiite cleric Nimr Baqir al-Nimr.

In the same context, Dr. Ayman Samir, an expert on international relations, said in press statements, that one of the most important reasons for the strained relations between Iran and the Arab countries is the support that Iran receives to incite criminal and terrorist operations in various Arab countries.

Samir added that the United States has used Iran since ancient times to create a conflict with all Arab countries by sectarian doctrine and Arabs know that plan well.
