The Central Security Prison in Sanaa witnesses the abuse of women prisoners who are exposed to difficult conditions amid the deterioration of their health.

According to what "Al Jazeera Net" published of special pictures from inside the central prison for women in the capital Sana'a, shows the tragic situation experienced by Yemeni women in the prisons of the militia.

The prisoners demanded the Yemeni people and the world to help free them from prison, and that their lives in prisons under miserable conditions are very difficult.

One of the women prisoners said she was arrested and put in jail six months ago without knowing her charge or able to discuss her situation with a lawyer. She added that some women had not known their charges for four years, and their children are suffering from many problems and demanded the release of women in prison that no one can stay in it.

A large number of women are imprisoned in poor conditions with their children. Some of the women prisoners said that they did not know why they were imprisoned, did not know their charges, did not sit with any lawyers, suffered from serious illnesses and were not treated properly, adding that there are a lot of diseases that affected their children and they can't treat them.

Dr. Ghada Omran, one of the prisoners, said she was suffering from serious illnesses and could not be treated inside the prison, and the lack of care threatened their health.
