International treaties, human rights conventions and international humanitarian law prohibit executions of children, both male and female, and many human rights organizations in the world already criticized using execution as penalty and demand that countries refrain from implementing it.

However, the state of the mullahs does not recognize these treaties, so dozens of underage girls are in Iran's prisons awaiting execution. Some girls are awaiting execution for crimes that do not deserve death, such as stealing or escaping from home with a stranger. The strange thing in this case is that the world is watching these things without taking action.

The British Guardian was able to identify the identities of some of the minor girls detained in Iran's prisons, obtained photographs of some of them and were able to identify the charges against them.

The Guardian reported a series of horrifying stories of teenage girls awaiting death in Iran, including a 17-year-old girl named Massa who is awaiting hanging. The reason for her sentence is escaping from home with a young man with whom she had a love relationship and having to flee with him , as her father refused their marriage .

The second case according to The Guardian is shaqayiq a 15-year-old girl, who has been in prison for about a year for being convicted of armed robbery at a shop in the capital Tehran. She and her boyfriend entered the shop for theft, but her boyfriend fled after the police arrived and arrest her alone.

The daily also noted that the authorities in Iran have allowed shaqayiq's grandmother to visit her after a year of arrest, although she is a child. The death sentence is planned by the authorities when the girl reaches the age of 18, which appears to be a circumvention of international laws, as they want not to provoke anger at the execution of the minor girl , knowing that she committed the crime while being a child.

The third case, according to "The Guardian" is a girl named Sogand at the age of 16 years, the case that looks the most tragic among those awaiting execution in Iran, as it coincides with the presence of a single girl in her home when the Iranian police broke into the house and found 250 kilograms of drugs, including 30 grams of cocaine, 20 grams of heroin, a quantity of drugs which the girl had nothing to do out as it returns to her father, but police arrested the girl and ended up to death because she was alone at home. Although there is a possibility that the girl does not know that her father trades in drugs .

Another miserable case in Iran's prisons is for a 13-year-old girl named Khatera, who fled her home after being raped by her uncle (her father's brother). A week later she ran into a more horrific rape , as she was raped by a group of young youth in one of the gardens of Tehran, and after she collapsed completely she hurt herself with a knife. The police arrested her and provided treatment and then sent to prison.
