The presence of prostitute women and girls in the streets has become a public phenomenon and a social dilemma at the same time. Apart from the streets and cafes, recently there are several mass brothels in various parts of the capital, Tehran.

The Iranian government has decided to spread "brothels", or so-called "temporary" marriages for a day, in the streets and neighborhoods.
 
Under this pretext, any Iranian will be able to visit these houses to have sex with a girl who provides this service to any young man who knocks on her door, under the excuse that religion permits these practices, which are called "marriage" among Shiites!

Prices of nights.

The price of one night in those hoses is ranged between 20 to 50 dollars according to the girl if she is a virgin or otherwise and according to the beauty of the girl and her age. She pays half the profit for Shiite religious centers and the remaining amount of the girl must pay five of it to Mr. "pimp", so that this amount become halal( legal) and this five paid to Mr. is like a zakaah on the money that is collected from the Mut'ah or temporary marriage.

Center for Studies of the Iranian Shura Council "Parliament" has warned from decreasing the age of prostitution in Iran and the spreading of this phenomenon , confirming that the prostitution age become 15 years.

The warning came in a study entitled "Temporary marriage and its effects on correcting illegal sexual relations", which published on the official website of the Iranian Shura Council.

" Prostitution age was 30 years in 1970s , in the last decade of Shah ruling , but now become 15 years , 35 years after the victory of the Islamic Revolution, " the study said.

According to the study, prostitution is widespread among university students. One of the reports of this study indicates that "one out of every 80 students having sexual relations with the opposite sex, according to a sample of 1984 male and female students in a number of governmental universities in Tehran .

"The Center for the Studies of the Iranian Shura Council" Parliament " made a proposal will be submitted as a draft law to vote, referring to the need to establish" centers for temporary marriage, "or what is called" Mut'ah marriage ", to reduce the spread of prostitution in society.
