Yemeni military sources revealed on Monday that 12 experts from Iranian Revolutionary Guards are in Hodeidah province , west of Yemen, to plant mines in the Red Sea.

The sources told Sky News Arabia that the Iranian experts entered Hodeidah across the sea through smuggling during the war that erupted after Houthi and Saleh militias , backed by Iran , controlled several Yemeni areas .

The sources said that experts of the Revolutionary Guards are working on putting bombs in naval boats to carry out attacks against mobile targets at the sea.
