Several Islamic organizations in Britain announced their full support to the Muslim Brotherhood and its policy . This is far from their advocacy aspect for which they were established, but all that they aimed at is to support the Brotherhood and their politics without regard to its actions or crimes that have spread in the world recently.
Britain has begun to look for these organizations after the British government issued a report confirming that membership or association with the movement should be a possible indicator of extremism. The report also concluded that the group should not be classified as a terrorist organization and should not be banned.

In points , the Egyptian newspaper Elfager mentioned the most important Islamic organizations in Britain that working on supporting Brotherhood and its policy . The Brotherhood has always exploited Islamic organizations in Britain throughout history to support them.

British Muslim Society

Founded by Lord Headley, a British convert to Islam, in 1914, it also supported the Brotherhood and its policy in several ways.

According to the Sunday Telegraph, which quoted an article by author Andrew Gilligan. The writer confirms that the center has relations with the Muslim Brotherhood and it is clearly linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Israeli officials say the center is a branch of Hamas through which it spreads the movement's agenda in Europe. The center denies the allegations, but the author claims that the center have received Hamas leaders, including Ismail Haniyeh.

Muslim Association of Britain

It's one of the Islamic organizations in Britain ,headed by Amin Belhaj, the leader of Anas al-Tikriti, who confirmed that the organization's orientations are based on the trend of the Muslim Brotherhood, announcing the donation of all the funds that come to the organization to Muslim Brotherhood activities.

It is an Islamic organization in the United Kingdom established in 1997, and belongs to the Brotherhood.

According to the British newspaper The Times, the Muslim Association in Britain, which a minister in the government announced it in 2010 as "representative of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United Kingdom," is among institutions that support the terrorism of the Muslim Brotherhood, explaining that the institution is working with the policy of camouflage to cover up the real identity and the parties it works for .

The Muslim Council of Britain

Founded in 1997. The first democratically elected body of British bodies under its umbrella. It was the reason for electing Mohamed Serwar to be the first Muslim elected to parliament as Labor representative from the Goofan circle.

Under the headline "Muslim Council ‘secretly linked’ to Brotherhood" The Times says thatThe Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), an umbrella body of more than 500 Islamic organisations, claims to be non-sectarian, but Brotherhood supporters are said to have “played an important role in establishing and then running” it. The Brotherhood, a movement that views western society as corrupting and “inherently hostile to Muslim interests”, has exerted “significant influence” on the MCB, the Muslim Association of Britain and “Britain’s largest Muslim student organisation”, understood to be the Federation of Student Islamic Societies (Fosis).

Islamic Relief

Islamic Relief is a global Islamic charitable organization, founded in 1984 in Birmingham, North London, UK. Headed by Dr. Hani Al-Banna, an active member of the United Nations Economic and Social Council and a signatory to the NGO Code of Conduct for the International Red Cross, Red Crescent and Disaster Relief Organization. It is also a recognized member of British non-governmental development organizations working abroad.

The evidence that this organization supports Brotherhood is that it was headed by Dr. Issam al-Haddad, who was presidential assistant of foreign relations and international cooperation under Mohammed Morsi . He also manages the organization's elements around the world politically and financially, but he resigned after the overthrow of "Morsi" in 2013

Dr. Samir Ghattas, head of the Middle East Forum for Political and Strategic Studies, said that the resignation of Essam al-Haddad as director of the Islamic Relief following the overthrow of the ousted came out of fear of tracking or confiscating the organization's funds or addressing external parties to freeze it. 

The expert in the affairs of Islamic groups added that Al-Haddad was responsible for the coordination of 64 associations abroad. This position required not to appear on the surface. He also pointed out that Haddad did not appear under the spotlight during Mubarak era for several reasons. The first was that his appearance would have led to the follow-up by the government bodies of the Brotherhood's funds, but his first appearance was with the Brotherhood taking over the government.
