ERC distributed 2700 food parcels in Bab-el-Mandeb, Yemen
The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) distributed 2700 food parcels to thousands of people in Bab-el-Mandeb
The support provided by the ERC came as a part of aid works to the families in Bab-el-Mandeb
The team confirmed that the distribution process were under continuous mechanism followed by the philanthropic organisation to ensure the arrival of food aid to the beneficiaries, which is an important support for needy families in the area
During the distribution of food baskets Bab al-Mandab residents expressed their thanks and appreciation for the UAE to continue to provide humanitarian assistance and to stand by them in those circumstances, because of dire economic conditions
