The residents of Dhubab District , western province of Taiz, central Yemen,began  to return to their homes after thousands of mines planted by al-Houthi militia and ousted Saleh forces were purged .

A military source said that there are dozens of families began returning to their homes after the confirmation of the Directorate safety . Pointing out that the return of the population coincided with the outbreak of fierce battles in the Al-gaded valley near the port of Mokha.

The National Army managed to liberate Dhubab District from the control of al-Houthi militia and ousted Saleh after fierce battles in the framework of the Battle of the Golden Spear.
