The Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen launched several raids on Houthis in a government compound in al-Jawf governorate in northern Yemen, al-Hadath channel reported on its Twitter account Saturday.

According to Asharq Al-Awsat, field sources also reported that 25 insurgents were killed during clashes with the national army following coalition raids on Sarwah fronts in Marib and Dhale, south of the country.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni government continues to suspend its membership in Hodeidah Redeployment Coordination Committee after Colonel Mohammed Abdurrab Sharaf al-Soleihi was shot by a Houthi sniper while on duty.

The coalition raided Houthi military sites in Naham, east of Sanaa, killing and injuring a number of the militants, according to a military source.

The source indicated that the army’s artillery bombed the insurgents in Sarwah, Maerib, killing around 20 militants.

Houthi militias continue their military escalation in various regions and directorates of Hodeidah, and clashes between the National Army and the militias renewed east of the city on Saturday.

Meanwhile, eight civilians were killed during a Houthi attack on the residential neighborhood al-Zahraa, east of Taiz, and al-Hajma village in the southern countryside of the governorate.

The Houthi bombing also damaged part of al-Thawra General Hospital in Taiz.

The military media of the joint forces in the Yemeni west coast said Friday that Houthi militias detonated the Fifth Control Point in Hodeidah, recording a new attack on the United Nations Mission in Support of the Hodeidah Agreement.

Also, the coalition launched a series of airstrikes targeting Houthi military vehicles and clusters near al-Mukhtar clinic, west of the al-Fakhir city, in al-Qataba district, among other cities in the north of the country.

Media center of al-Dhale axis quoted Colonel Hamid Abdo Qasim al-Awlaqi of the 30th armored brigade deployed on al-Fakhir fronts, as saying that the destruction of Houthi targets in cities of al-Fakhir, Sabira, al-Kharaza, and Habil al-Abdi included military vehicles and militants.
