Mine blast kills three near Yemen
A mine blast occurred in the southern Red Sea near Yemen, causing the death of 3 Egyptian fishermen, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
The Saudi-led coalition involved in a war in Yemen saved the other 3 Egyptians on the fishing boat.
The Yemeni Houthi rebels were accused by Turki Al Maliki, the coalition spokesman, of causing the blast that happened in the international waters.
"The Iran-backed Houthi militia's continued planting and deploying naval mines is a serious threat to maritime navigation and international trade in the south of the Red Sea and Bab-el-Mandeb strait",Al Maliki said.
